How I think about quality
I approach quality engineering as a systems discipline — not a checklist. My job isn't to find bugs at the end of a sprint; it's to understand the architecture, map the risk surface, and design validation strategies that give teams genuine confidence before they ship.
Over 9 years at Accenture, I've worked across domains where the cost of a defect isn't just a user complaint — it's a failed transaction on a national payment platform, a misread sensor on smart infrastructure, or a broken workflow on a system serving millions. That context sharpens how you think about thoroughness, precision, and what "good enough" actually means.
Right now I'm deepening my focus on AI-augmented quality engineering — exploring how intelligent tooling, predictive coverage models, and autonomous test orchestration can evolve the QA function from reactive gatekeeper to proactive quality intelligence.
